This will be my first of many posts about weight loss and living a better, healthier lifestyle. I will discuss what I have learned about making the change and give tips and insight into how you can do the same. There is one very important thing I learned about losing weight and becoming healthier. After leading a life of an unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle, the change is not easy. There are no magic pills or diets that will make help you keep the weight off. Sure there are some that work short term, but not keep it off. It takes hard work, lots of sweat, probably some tears along the way to make this change. But, the rewards are worth it. Trust me, I feel much better and more energy than ever before. I feel healthier at 40 years old than I did at 25.
